Typically, we encourage orders to be placed at least 2 weeks in advance.
Based upon our availability.
All orders must be finalized 7 days prior to your scheduled pick update.
A rush fee will be applied if your order is within the 7-day window.
Any change requested within 7 days of the cake due date may incur a fee. Due to materials cost and allotting our time for your order.
All cakes are wrapped and boxed to ensure minimal movement during transport.
Be sure to have the AC on in the car (especially on hot summer days).
Place the cake box on the floor of the passenger side or on the floor behind the passenger side.
NOT on the car seat, since seats may tilt.
Please drive with care.
Hold your cake box from the bottom with both hands and not the sides, avoid tilting and be sure to slide your platter out from the box.
Be sure to keep your cake is in a cool environment or at room temperature (out of the sun) until you are ready to serve.
Beware of toothpicks!
We are not responsible for any damage to your order once it is given to you.
We do offer Curbside Pickup on specific days at the below locations:
Monday & Fridays: Manhattan Valley, New York
Saturday & Sunday: Ozone Park, Queens
All of our cakes are custom-made to individual specifications. Since each cake incorporates so many variables the pricing varies depending on your specific request. Be sure to fill out all the details on an Order Request and we'll send you all the pricing details.
If you are unable to select the date you need your cake for, please note that date is unavailable.
2023 Available dates will be released a month at a time in advance on the 15th of each month.

We accept payment via Venmo, PayPal, Cash App and by Zelle.
Currently we do not accept credit cards, personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders.
The full payment is required upon confirmation to guarantee your order.

Cancellation within 1 week prior to scheduled pick up date will only be subject to 50% of order total refund.
Cancellation within 24 hours, 100% of your total will be non refundable.
We like to guarantee freshness so best for the day of pick up! We suggest against keeping your order overnight.
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship orders out of state.
All fruits are hand selected, prepared and cut the hour of your scheduled pick up to guarantee absolute freshness.
Our fruit is all natural. No preservatives are ever added.
